Zsanett Miko
I graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University, at the specialization of Ecology, Evolutionary and Conservation Biology in 2012. Since then I am working in the Lendület Evolutionary Ecology Research group as a PhD student. My research focuses on the effects of a common glyphosate-based herbicide on the larval development of amphibians. I conduct ecotoxicological experiments in the lab and in outdoor mesocosms to investigate the changes in survival, body mass, growth rate, and behaviour of Rana dalmatina and Bufo bufo tadpoles in response to the herbicide.
